Returns and Replacements
Returns & Replacements policy : MyKart wants you to love your purchases. For all online purchases, if you change your mind, we are happy to exchange any unsuitable merchandise within 24 hours of purchase provided they are in a resalable and unused condition, accompanied by their original tags and a valid original receipt. No exchange for items on discounts. Please make sure that all unboxing video is recorded for each purchase.
Delivery & Shipping:
We offer free delivery within Male' and Hulhumale' for all orders . Delivery will be made between 24 - 36 hours of purchase, Saturday to Thursday, between 5pm and 12am.
We do not deliver on Fridays or public holidays.
Shipping : 10 MVR is charged for Packaging.
How to return: Our returns are valid for 24 hours. Please keep the receipt and the item in a resalable conditions along with video and all labels intact and contact us via phone or viber.
Order processing
- We offer only delivery
- Free delivery is available for all orders within Male' and Hulhumale'
- We deliver to Boats docked at Male' Harbour free.
- Shipping charges to any other island will be extra.
All returns should be made during office working hours. Saturday to Thursday during 8 am to 5 pm.
