How To Buy
How to order: Browse through the category menu or type in the search box and then choose the product that you want, add to cart, check the quantity needed, enter your email address and the payment method that will be used. Once MyKart receives the payment, we will process the order.
Verification: Please keep your digital receipts after any transactions because we might need it for order verification purposes.
Order Status: Once the order has been successfully processed: we start packing the order and shipping it to you within 24 hours. You will recieve a tracking note if the order is by Post/Air Cargo.
Changing an order: If there is a need to change the size of an item that has already been paid for, please call us immediately since we normally process orders within 24 hours of the order and can change it for you before it ends. If you wish to change the item after recieving it, please contact us @ +960 7385563 - Also please check our Return/Refund Policy.
Problems with order received: If there any issues on the received items, please inform us through our contact platforms (social media accounts, website or phone @ +960 7385563).
Delivery & Shipping:
We offer free delivery within Male' and Hulhumale' for all orders . Delivery will be made between 24 - 36 hours of purchase, Saturday to Thursday, between 5pm and 12am.
We do not deliver on Fridays or public holidays.
Shipping : 10 MVR is charged for Packaging.
Delivery lead time: The website receives orders 24/7 but our office pick up has a cut off time of 5:00PM from Saturday through Thursday. All orders placed before the cut off time will be processed from the office on the same day. For orders placed beyond the cut off time (Saturday to Thursday), processing and pick up will be on the next business day.
Orders placed on Fridays and public holidays will be processed and picked up on the following business day.
Please note that we aim to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we do not guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the presented time frame. MyKart and delivery partners may follow national and declared holidays; these no-operation days may also affect the processing and shipping of your packages.
Delivery scheduling: Maldives Post Limited's delivery time frame is within five business days from MyKart to the customer.
Location/ Coverage area: We deliver items within Maldives through Maldives Cargo Services. Shipping charges to any other island will be extra.
All returns should be made during office working hours. Saturday to Thursday during 8 am to 5 pm.
Payments:
Payment methods: For transactions online, we accept credit or debit cards. For card payments you will be redirected to the Bank of Maldives Payment Gateway. You will be redirected back to our website once the payment is processed. In hand, we accept cash or bank transfer as well.
What is Cash on Delivery?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on MyKart.mv, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment is 10000 MVR. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Gift Cards or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment. Only Maldivian Rufiya accepted.
Official receipt: Customers will receive digital receipts after they make the transaction through our payment gateway. The official receipts will be sent to the email address that you used for account registration on our website.
Payment status: Order confirmation email or sms will be sent after successfully completing the payment.
